Shipping & Returns

APNEA will process the order as soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction. We will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible. During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. 

ITA: 10 €
EUROPE: 20 €

Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release goods held at customs. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

If unlikely you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 10 days from the receipt of your order to process a return. Following this we are unable to offer a refund.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in a sellable condition and its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email prior to returning your goods.

We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any sale / discounted items, made to order pieces, pre order pieces back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will update you via email to notify you of its approval or rejection for refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
